I made this tool to help me carve small and intricate shapes.
When the tool is flat on the surface the handle stands proud. This helps me to clean out the holes into which I will later inlay wood.
The handle is made from cherry and the blade is a piece of 01 steel. I shaped the blade from stock with files and fixed it into the handle with epoxy resin.
